64-bit compiler on the way?

Is there a 64-bit compiler from Borland on the way?

I am specifically interested in the larger address space offered by 64 bits.
I would hate for myself and other developers to be forced to use inferior
competitors' compilers (or free compilers) by this limitation of the C++
Builder product line.

It is listed on the public roadmap, but it is not scheduled for the
next product release cycle.
